Process Analysis (At-Line, In-Line, On-Line)

The Arkema Analytical Solutions group uses hardware and software-based process analyzers to optimize the performance of processes at all stages of the development and commercialization cycle, from laboratory to pilot to full industrial scale.  Measurements can be made at-line, on-line and / or in-line, depending on sample availability, conditioning needs, data frequency requirements, and cost and safety considerations.  Benefits of process analysis include real-time process feedback, reduced sample collection and handling, and enhanced safety, leading to improvements in existing processes, and facilitated exploration of new materials and operating regimes.
