Vibrational Spectroscopy:  Infrared (IR) and Raman

The Vibrational Spectroscopy (IR / Raman) laboratory at Arkema offers several uncommon The Thermo-Nicolet Almega Dispersive Raman Microscope is used for identification of contamination.capabilities.

Our IR / Raman capabilities are excellent tools for rapid deformulation and competitive product analysis.  We have extensive data mining capabilities for spectral analysis after data acquisition.  Our spectral search capabilities include unique proprietary and commercial databases including 250,000 spectra, which allow thorough and rapid searches.

To support on-line, at-line and laboratory quality control (QC) capabilities Arkema offers NIR (near infrared) feasibility studies and quantitative method development coupled with chemometric analysis.
