Arkema Coating Resins is pleased to announce a new trademark that will be applied to the company's waterborne emulsion polymer products sold worldwide. The new name, ENCOR^™ Polymers, will be used for both current and new latex products sold for use in architectural and industrial coatings, traffic paints, specialty coatings, pressure sensitive adhesives, sealants, construction products, graphics arts and floor maintenance products.

ENCOR^™ will replace the UCAR^™, ESI-CRYL^® and CRAYMUL^® trademarks currently used for waterborne emulsion polymer products.

Here are important details:

• This is a change in nomenclature only.

• Product performance properties and sales specifications for all products will not be affected.

• The implementation of the name change will be completed by January 1, 2012. Until that time you will continue to receive product labeling and documents, including MSDS, SDS and technical data sheets that show the original trademark.

• Other Arkema Coating Resins trademarks will continue to be used in all geographies as they are today.
