Viscosity of "B" Side

The viscosity of polyol premixes was determined without the presence of HFC-134a, catalysts, surfactant and other additives. The only additive used here is Transcend^® additive. Polyester Polyol PS2352 and polyether polyol blends (Voranol^® 490/PS2352/Jeffol^® R-350x) were blended with 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 phbb of Transcend^® additive and then maintained in an incubator with temperature set at 25ºC for at least 16 hours. The viscosity was determined using a Brokfield Digital Viscometer.

The effect of Transcend^® additive in Sepanpol^® PS-2352 was a 30% reduction in viscosity.

The effect of Transcend^® additive in polyol blend was a 35% reduction in viscosity.
