The First Step in Container Protection

Applying a uniform hot-end coating of tin-oxide to a glass container provides an excellent surface for cold-end coating adhesion

The combination of both coatings permits:

  • Increased scratch resistance
  • Increased lubricity
  • Reduced breakage rates
  • Faster filling line speeds
  • Improved bottle performance

Performance

Certincoat® TC100

The most frequently used hot-end coating material in the world, Arkema's Certincoat® TC100 has proven its efficacy and its quality over and over again.

It is based on pure, distilled monobutyltin trichloride with a patented stabilizer that assures that Certincoat® TC100 will always run trouble-free — without the crystal formation that can lead to plugged pumps and process tubing.
