The gearboxes of three French production vehicles (2 heavy industrial and 1 passenger car) currently use Rilsan® Fine Powder coatings on their gear selector fork tips. Rilsan® Fine Powder coatings prevent metal-to-metal friction, limit wear, reduce noise and provide smoother gear shifting.
